The first floor of the Downtown Arts Center houses the Performance Theater, the Perk of Kentucky on Main cafe, and the lower level of the Ann Tower Gallery. The Performance Theater is a 250-seat contemporary "Black Box" theater with flexible seating. This theater is equipped with state of the art lighting and sound capabilities. Users of the theater are also provided with access to two dressing rooms, a green room, a backstage area, and loading dock.
